Hashmal Motor Ltd. provides dynamic balancing service with excellent accuracy for a wide range of parts, including flexible rotors. This is made possible due to a highly skilled and experienced team and advanced balancing tools.
The balance process is done on-site, in accordance with ISO-1940, by a mobile balancing machine that can be sent directly to the customer.
Hashmal Motor Ltd. has six unique machines:
- A machine capable of balancing parts up to 3 tons, 7 meter length, 2.8 diameter, and 6,000 HP (cardan shaft), which enables to balance parts for different applications, on different levels of accuracy, according to the customer’s specifications. This machine can balance flexible rotors.
- Belt balancing machine for up to a ton and half and 2 meters length. The machine can balance rolls and rotors for maximal accuracy.
- Belt balancing machine for up to 4 tons and 7 meters length. The machine can balance rolls and rotors for maximal accuracy.
- A machine for balancing parts up to 250 Kg and 17,000 RPM. It balances flexible parts, like spindles, for CNC machines and turbochargers achieving maximal accuracy.
- Balancing machine for parts weighing 10 grams and up to 1 Kg, at a 120,000 RPM
- Balancing machine for parts weighing 3 tons and up to 10 tons, and 7 meters length.
